I review books of all kinds, but mainly Young Adult and Fantasy. I also post about book and reading-related products and websites that are interesting or helpful to my readers.

A different magic-realism book reviewed every week. A list of books to be read over the next two months is published to allow you to join in. A wide range of magic realism books are featured - from popular women's fiction to South American classics.

Marked By Books was started in July 2012 by two best friends who believe that the most wonderful things in life happen between the pages of a good book. And because, much like chocolate, just one is never enough, we both decided to get our blog on and take the world by storm. At least that's the plan.
