YA Book Review blog.

As a long time lover of reading I have started my own website www.rainydayreads.com which is dedicated to sharing the love I have for the written word. I have always felt that after the time and effort it takes for an author to create their work it would be selfish of me not to take a few moments to share my feelings about it. When it comes to reading as long as a book is well written and grabs my attention I care not what the genre is. However, I have recently found myself drawn to paranormal novels and in that I have discovered a love for young adult fiction. I hope that through my passion for books I can inspire others to read and to help them fall in love with the people and places that live on the pages.

Arguably, I burn up valuable reading time playing with my lists. I know this.

The only requirement that a book must have to be featured on this blog is a smidgen of romance. It doesn't need to be full-blown. It can even be vague enough for me to give people cause to wonder if I'm either hallucinating or reading too much into something. My main genres right now are Urban Fantasy, Steampunk Romance, Paranormal Romance, YA/Teen books, but I also read Historical fiction, Gothic Romance and...the list goes on.

It is where I come and spread the word of a great read or a not so great read. I read and post reviews for all genres.
